European Complex Analysis Seminar

The seminars resumed! To stay updated visit HERE!

The European Complex Analysis Seminar is a series of online talks organized within the activities of the network. They take place monthly, on Thursdays at 4:00 pm (CET/CEST).

The seminars are designed in the spirit of colloquium talks: they cover topics in operator theory and complex analysis and are intended to be accessible to everyone in the network, not necessarily focusing on the speaker’s latest research results.

Calendar 2025-2026:

Singular numbers of Hankel operators and Schatten classes (abstract, slides).

Recent perspectives on the Invariant Subspace Problem (abstract, slides).

On the Kreiss condition and similar conditions on the resolvent of an operator  (abstract).

Holomorphic dynamics: order and chaos ( abstract, slides).

Quasitriangular operators, compact perturbations of self-adjoint  (and normal) operators, and a theorem of Lomonosov (abstract).

On the dynamics of the differentiation operator (abstract, slides).

Solving control problems with tools from complex analysis (abstract, slides).

A Glimpse at Regularity Phenomena for the Bergman Projection in Several Complex Variables  (abstract, slides).

The Law  of the Iterated Logarithm for Bloch functions (abstract, slides).
